Spring Health Fair will be held on Saturday, April 13
th 2019, from 8:00 AM - 12:00 Noon at our Medical Facility in Nephi Utah
located at 48 W 1500 N, Nephi, UT 84648.
This is a FREE community event that CVMC hosts every year with the goal
being to have CVMC discounted lab tests and other health screenings, services,
and information fro dozens of different vendors available to citizens
in our community, especially those who would not be able to afford or
know about those services otherwise. There will be fun activities and
refreshments; along with health and safety booths for kids, parents, senior
citizens, and all community members to learn, have fun, and take advantage
of these great services.
