Santaquin, Utah August 5, 2019 – Central Valley Medical Center is excited to announce that Jason
Neilsen, MD has joined our medical team as the newest Family Medicine
doctor. His new office will be located at 210 East Main Street, Santaquin,
Utah 84655 in the new CVMC Santaquin Clinic and is now seeing patients
in the office from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. Walk-ins are welcome,
however, the clinic recommends that patients make an appointment by calling
801-754-3600 to help ensure provider availability.
Our clinics are designed to provide medical services to patients of all
ages. We focus on providing excellent medical care while meeting our patient’s
personal needs in a friendly and comfortable environment. We know your
family’s health is very important. Dr. Jason Neilsen is board certified
in both Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. He provides comprehensive
high-quality primary care for the entire family with an emphasis on musculoskeletal problems.

Jason is a Central Utah native. He was raised on a farm in Leamington,
Utah and attended Delta High School where he participated in year-round
athletics. He then went on to graduate from Snow College and Weber State
University. Jason attained his medical degree from the University of Utah
School of Medicine. He completed a family medicine residency locally at
Utah Valley Hospital. He then pursued additional training in sports medicine
in Spokane, Washington where he learned additional skills in diagnostic
and interventional ultrasound and gained extensive experience treating
high school, collegiate, and semi-professional athletes.
Dr. Neilsen is excited to come back to Utah to join the team at CVMC, and
to make Santaquin his new home. He looks forward to returning to primary
medicine where he can take care of the individual needs of his patients
while establishing himself as a local expert in sports medicine. Whether
you have a simple sprain or have a common cold Dr. Neilsen will get you
back on your feet in no time.
