Kelly Barton

About Kelly

Kelly Barton is a Speech-Language Pathologist who provides broad-based speech and language services. At Central Valley Medical Center, she provides evaluations and therapy to patients of all ages. 

Kelly is from a small town in Western Colorado and loves being back to her small town roots working in a rural hospital. She was in speech therapy for articulation difficulties when she was little. When she learned about the medical side of speech therapy after seeing an X-ray swallow for her cousin, she was hooked.

Kelly graduated from Brigham Young University with her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and later from the University of Utah with her Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology. She enjoys working with all ages with all types of difficulties.  Kelly has worked in schools with children, in skilled nursing facilities, as well as in the ICUs. Kelly’s favorite part of her job is helping people communicate and helping them live happy lives!
