Nephi, Utah: Central Valley Medical Center is proud to announce that Dr.
Gordon Duval has joined our medical team as a full-time Pediatric Specialist.
"I am very excited to welcome Dr. Duval to Central Valley Medical
Center," said Randy Cuff, Assistant Administrator at Central Valley
Medical Center. "Dr. Duval is the only full-time Pediatrician in
the Central Valley Region, allowing our community to get the health care
they need close to home.”
Dr. Gordon Duval is returning to his native state of Utah to serve as a
pediatrician to the children of Nephi and surrounding areas. He acquired
his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University where he studied
Nutritional Science and performed with the Ballroom Dance Company. For
several years he served as a member of BYU Emergency Medical Services.
He was instrumental in the creation of the BYU Crisis Program to address
the needs of abused and neglected children – now divided into 2
programs: Hope and Healing.
He completed medical school in Pennsylvania at LECOM and then specialized
in Pediatrics at the University of Missouri. With passion, he applies
the art and science of healing to help infants, children, and adolescents
during times of injury and illness. Partnering with parents, he strives
to achieve the optimal happiness and well-being of all children.
