Duties for This Position
As a Physician Receptionist in the Nephi Clinic you will work under the
general direction of the physician. The receptionist greets patients,
answers and operates a multiline telephone system, schedules appointments,
updates necessary personal patient information in the database and performs
other duties related to the efficient operation of the doctor’s
office. Many of the tasks require independent judgment at a level not
requiring constant supervision.
High School Diploma or GED
One year clerical experience in a clinic environment is preferred.
Excellent computer skills required. Knowledge of medical office procedures
and processes helpful. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
